A world’s leading bunkering company located in Singapore Is seeking an Admin Assistant on 1 year contract position. Budget is up to S$ 2000 per month depending on relevant experience.



·        Provide administrative support to the ship management’s crewing department, including:

o   verification of qualification, certification and documents of sea staff

o   arrange for interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging and other appointments for sea staff

o   arrange for supply of provisions to ships

o   monitor and update sea staff employment records and other documents

o   brief sea staff on company procedures

o   liaise with sea staff recruitment agencies

·        Maintain a high level of confidentiality

·        Assist with ad hoc assignments



·        6 months’ administrative experience, preferably in a shipping company

·        Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·        Meticulous, proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

·        Good teamwork and also able to work independently
